Klaus Steinmann

Klaus Steinmann joined Mercuri Urval (MU for short) in the Hamburg office in 1998. From the outset, his focus was on the automotive and aerospace industries. After some years away from MU, he returned at the end of 2010 and became a member of MU's German Board & Executive team. In 2011, he built up the German team for the automotive sector. At the end of 2013, Steinmann was promoted to Global Head of the Automotive Sector. He founded the Global Automotive Sector Group with 45 automotive consultants in more than 20 countries. The team conducts international executive searches in more than 30 countries in the automotive sector. Before joining MU, Steinmann worked for several years in various functions at Robert Bosch and Atlas Copco, mainly in the areas of sales and marketing.
